- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Of all the highly rated stars I'm completely disappointed at the services I was given. My husband & I are buying a house so we decided to go with Hayes Insurance. For 3 weeks now nothing has been done. My Realtor even contacted the insurance agents to try to get the ball going but my mortgage company still had not received the binder or documents needed to pursue business.
